BOOK THE KIRK FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT
The Kirk was built in 1856 as a Presbyterian Church. However, it was never used as a church. Instead, it was used to host local events held by the community of Hollymount. Melissa and Shane Gilligan have brought The Kirk back to its former glory and have decided to respect it’s purpose of years ago, and allow people to use it for their own special events. The Kirk can be used for a vast range of events, some of which are outlined below.
EVENTS AT THE KIRK
The Kirk evokes a special feeling as you walk through the original wooden Gothic doors and into its spacious interior, containing high ceilings, exposed roof beams and stained glass windows. Its boutique and intimate aura lends itself to events of a similar nature. The following are just some of the events that can be held within the stone walls of The Kirk and, indeed, around its surrounding and beautiful gardens.
